ClosingCosts4U™ is designed around data minimization. This Version 1 foundation describes the intended product treatment and will receive final legal review before production launch.
Information used by the calculator
Calculator inputs are used to generate the requested estimate. Version 1 is designed to avoid collecting information that is not necessary for the planning experience.
Anonymous-first experience
A consumer account is not required for the initial planning experience. Saved cross-device accounts are outside the Version 1 scope unless later evidence justifies them.
Analytics and advertising
Essential product measurement and any optional advertising technology must follow approved consent, minimization, and performance controls. Sensitive financial inputs must not be placed in ordinary analytics events.
Reports and storage
Report generation, temporary storage, access, and retention will follow the final Version 1 report architecture and documented retention policy.

Do not send Social Security numbers, account credentials, or sensitive financial documents through ordinary contact channels.
Launch control: Final policy language, dates, jurisdictional requirements, and contact details require legal and privacy-owner approval before publication.
